Policy for Reschedules, Cancellations and Refunds

Individual Session Bookings

You may reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time only. This must be completed by logging into the witchcliffepilates.com.au and cancelling or rescheduling your booking. This is not possible by email or phone.

Multi-Pack Purchases

​

Multi-class packages are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase only. However you may reschedule or cancel individual classes booked using a multi-pack up to 24 hours before the booking start time. This must be completed by logging into witchcliffepilates.com.au and cancelling or rescheduling your booking. This is not possible by email or phone. When you do this, a credit will be returned to your multi-pack within your Witchcliffe Pilates online account.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
