A rewarding Pilates Mat Class where you’re encouraged to reach your own movement goals, with layers of progression to suit the needs of your body. Intentionally small classes of 8 ensure a high level of instruction by certified Pilates teacher, Claire Hewer. Taught at Witchcliffe Druid's Hall, mats and small props provided. Save when you buy a 5 or 10 class multi-class pack.

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled (using your website login) up to 24 hours before the start time. After this time, all bookings are non-refundable, including those booked using multi-class packs. Multi-class packs are non-refundable or transferrable.
