Be guided by certified Pilates instructor, Claire Hewer as she works with you to listen to and observe the needs of your body. The goal? Building strength, balance and resilience; helping you keep up with the life you want to lead. Experience the nuanced combination of expert, personalised tuition paired with Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel and small apparatus). Only two people per session, private bookings by request. Claire's warm and light filled studio is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Balanced Body equipment including a reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel and small apparatus. Located in the Witchcliffe Ecovillage, it was custom designed to be calm and welcoming. Save when you buy a 5 or 10 multi-class pack. To enquire about private 1:1 sessions please enquire by email.

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled (using your website login) up to 24 hours before the start time. After this time, all bookings are non-refundable, including those booked using multi-class packs. Multi-class packs are non-refundable or transferrable.
